Time—thinking—
is my fear of feeling
what I feel right now
—being—
in the present moment.
Psychological time is the root cause
of my addictions, avoiding
the illusion of mental suffering.
So now, I kill some time,
one day at a time,
feeling what I feel
—being—
joyful in understanding,
not avoiding the truth.

That may sound a bit harsh to get our heads around because it means life as we know it is an illusion.
After six years in what I now call “discovery,” I have found that understanding my true Self in the present moment is the only truth that will end my addiction!
Life is hard; There is suffering!
There is a cause of suffering.
There is an end of suffering.
There is a Path that leads to
the end of suffering—Now!
