When you don’t know yourself [true Self], and you try to know others, that is the state of the causal body. Ignorance is its quality. It is also called Akash (the space from which the world appears). That which describes it is called the mind. That which thinks about it is called the intellect. To be proud of it is called ego…[1]
Only out of self-awareness does true Self-realization arise. Meditation: Calming my mind to transcend my thoughts as a silent witness, beyond the mind, is self-awarenZXcess. Then, focusing my quiet, without comparison, attention from within, on all my experiences reveals the blissful understanding of being connected by life-energy to everything in my manifested existence. That is the realization I am true Nature—pure Consciousness—the infinite energy Source of deathless awareness in this temporary world.
The Truth is not found in some arduous journey of becoming aware; ever-present reality can be uncovered instantly, with the still awakening of true Self-realization: Thou art That—the ineffable Source. As the ocean is in each droplet of seawater, the Source projects omnipotent life-energy—Love—in everything created through Consciousness. I am the true Self-realization of being That—the Source that connects everything in this temporary world. Please stay aware of the Love: the constant creation being projected everywhere, into everything, through I am.
